About Rose City Redevelopment
A licensed and insured contractor based in Gresham, Oregon, building fences, decks, patio covers and roofs for homeowners across the Portland metro.
Built Around Trust
Rose City Redevelopment is a local Gresham contractor. We focus on three things: fences, decks and patio covers, and residential roofing. Keeping our services focused means we do each one well, and you work with a crew that knows the job.
Our customers are homeowners and small property owners across East Multnomah County and the greater Portland area. Most of them want the same things: a fair price, a contractor who shows up and communicates, and work that holds up to Oregon weather. That is how we run every project.
